Charts of the Day: US Stocks on a BW-SSO Mode; PSEi: Institutionalized Price Deformation

No other stock market in this world comes close to such brash perversion or deformation of the stock market’s pricing system

Even if a fresh record would be attained from such systematic syndicated manipulations, similar to its 2015 and 2016 peers, it won’t last.

The very act of deliberate price distortions guarantees its condemnation.

Interestingly, US stocks has gone vertical since post elections
All major indices have basically experienced BW-SSO mode (blow-off top). RSIs have all been in simultaneous record (or near record) overbought phase (topmost pane)

And these have hardly been driven by the broader market, but by a narrowing breadth, by the lowest yield dividend issues, and finally, include “shifts in investor preference over the last few months–from defensive-driven leadership to cyclical-driven leadership, from higher quality to lower quality companies, the battle between growth and value (and how that relates to bond yields), and even early signs of growing appetite for European equities at the expensive of fixed income,” according to the team Gavekal.

Very interesting HISTORIC developments indeed!
